From a start to an end
Like any process, there is a beginning and an end. This is also the case for team coaching, where the aim is for the group to become autonomous
Co-Responsability
The stages in the development process are defined together. We put all our expertise into building each workshop; the team is fully committed to the proposed activities and the necessary follow-up.
Move to action
As with all coaching, the team's new reality will only take shape if everyone takes action. It is between our meetings - in your day-to-day collaboration - that you will bring your new reality to the surface.

Our group workshops are preferably held face-to-face, but can also be virtual.

Workshops can last from half a day to several days, depending on the objectives and/or the time available.

In principle, several workshops are needed, spaced out over a period of several months. A minimum of 4 workshops should be considered if the change is to work.

Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the team. As such, it is with the team that the course is designed as the group progresses. In this way, each course is unique and is the result of a genuine co-creation process between the coach and the team.
